Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the LUNEVAR online store and purchases made through it. The contracting merchant for an order is the business identified at checkout, in the order confirmation, and in any applicable merchant disclosures.

Products and availability

We curate products from a network of specialist manufacturing and fulfilment partners. Product specifications, colours and measurements are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings, manufacturing tolerances and supplier updates can cause minor variations. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Pricing and payment

Prices, promotions, taxes, duties and shipping charges are shown or calculated as applicable during the shopping and checkout process. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfilment and, where appropriate, contact you with the option to continue or cancel.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, information appears inaccurate, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Fulfilment and delivery

Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different partners and may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, destination restrictions and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns page and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions and return destination.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, use it for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use our content, branding or systems in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The LUNEVAR name, branding, site design, original copy, graphics and other store content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Third-party product marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or delays outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version available on the store at the time of your order will apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
