What we check before a piece goes live

• Fabric and construction: the composition and garment details must be stated clearly.
• Sizing: every product page has size and fit notes, and most include a garment measurements table so you can compare with clothes you already own. Where a table is not available yet, we say so on the page.
• Photography: images must show the real item and colour, not a styled lookalike.
• Delivery: the item must ship with tracking on a route with dependable delivery times to our main markets.

What happens after launch

We read every review, return reason and delivery issue. Styles that draw repeated complaints about fit, quality or delivery are reviewed and removed from the store.

Because pieces are made by different manufacturers, fit and fabric can vary from style to style. The product page is always the source of truth for materials, measurements and care.
